Provide proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses—at least 100% of the IPREM (around €600–€700 per month) for the duration of your studies, plus extra for dependents.
Submit an official acceptance letter from a Spanish university, school, or training centre detailing your course, its duration, and confirmation of full-time study
Obtain private health insurance from a Spanish-licensed provider offering full coverage without co-payments for the entire length of your studies
For courses lasting more than six months, submit a police clearance certificate from your home country (and any other country lived in over the last 5 years), issued within the last 90 days, apostilled or legalised, and translated into Spanish.
Include a rental contract, student housing booking, or host declaration confirming you have suitable accommodation in Spain.
Gather your completed application form, valid passport, passport photos, medical certificate (for stays over 6 months), proof of payment of tuition fees, and payment receipt for the visa fee.
