Show a valid job offer in Spain with a gross annual salary of at least 1.5× the national average (about €38,844/year) or 1.2× for shortage occupations. The contract must be for at least one year.
Provide a recognised higher education qualification (minimum three years of study) or at least five years of professional experience at a comparable level in your field.
Secure full-coverage health insurance for yourself and any dependents, provided by a Spanish-authorised insurer or through your employer.
Submit a police clearance certificate from your country of residence (and any country lived in over the last 5 years), issued within the last 90 days, apostilled or legalised, and translated into Spanish.
Include a rental contract, property deed, or host declaration confirming where you will live in Spain.
