Submit an innovative, scalable business plan to ENISA or another approved Spanish body. The project must demonstrate potential for economic impact, job creation, or technological advancement in Spain.
Health insurance
Obtain private health insurance from a provider authorised in Spain, offering full coverage without co-payments for at least the first year of your residence.
Clean Criminal Record
Submit a police clearance certificate from your country of residence (and any country you lived in over the past 5 years), issued within the last 90 days, apostilled or legalised, and translated into Spanish
Proof of Accommodation
Provide a rental contract, property deed, or other evidence that you have suitable housing arranged for your arrival in Spain.
